Note 1: Dormitories, Fraternities, and Sororities are not residential lot types. Even though they have residents living in them, they are Community lot types. 

Note 2: I think these have both regular Sims and Townies. I'm pretty sure the Townies fit in whatever beds are left after you've moved your Sim(s) in. Since Townies are random I'll only be listing non-Townie Sims below.

Note 3: In Edit In Town mode, clicking on the tags of these lot types will bring up Change Lot Type, Save Copy to Library, Share, Build/Buy and Edit Details. However, clicking on the dorm building itself will bring up Evict, Merge with..., Split up Household, Save Copy to Library, Share, and Edit Details.
